Composition Analysis

Composition analysis is the process of measuring the elemental or molecular composition of materials.  This measurement can be on the surface, in the material bulk or in-depth.  The Nanoscale Imaging and Analysis Center has techniques to make all of these measurements with detection limits ranging from parts-per-million to a few percent.
