Nikon Optiphot is a general purpose microscope equipped with AmScope MW1000 10 MP color CMOS camera. Other options include episcopic/diascopic (reflection/transmission) illumination, polarizer/analyzer for imaging in polarized light and differential interference contrast (DIC) microscopy.
This is an accordion element with a series of buttons that open and close related content panels.
Configuration
- Objectives available: 5x, 20x, 40x, and 100x, all with Nomarski prisms
- Brightfield/Darkfield regimes
- 10x eyepieces with interpupillary distance and diopter adjustments
- AmScope software for image acquisition and processing
